Why I love helping others work from home?

I just had to share a little from a prospecting call tonight. Sometimes it gets easy to feel like you are talking to all the wrong people. And then you start to wonder if anyone is truly looking for what you have.

But then you reach someone like Dinah. She has 3 grown children a husband who is sick and she's only 41 years old.

She works the swing shift which means 12 hours here, 12 hours there, a weekend here, a weekend there. She has no "schedule" and spends much of her off time trying to catch up on sleep. She is the primary bread winner in her family and has been on her knees before The Lord praying that He would provide her a way to get beyond the paycheck to paycheck life and be able to leave her current job eventually. She's got a non-profit organization set up to minister to ladies in her community. She knows the benefits to being self employed and would love to have her own business but she doesn't want to sell vitamins or fruit juice! I told her a little about our company and what we do and she said that she is so happy that God answered her prayers.

She was such a blessing to me! I felt as though she helped me because she reminded me that there are people looking for exactly what we have and they are not only looking, but they've been on their knees praying for it! Our job is to find them. It's easy to tell yourself that there are millions of people wanting to work from home, but it hits home when you talk with someone like Dinah who has a desire to change her life and help others in the process.

If you are feeling like quitting, DON'T. Keep talking to people. And remember, we are in the business of helping people. I AM NOT A SALESPERSON! ...I'm a stay at home mom, I am self employed, and I work from home.

I'm not calling from any company. I'm calling for myself because I understand that others are also looking to work from home and I didn't know if I might be able to help... I love giving people hope and I will work hand in hand with them to achieve their goals!

When Dinah answered the phone, she sounded tired, you know, that kind of tired that goes deep down. When we hung up, she had so much energy, her spirit was lifted. She'll probably be up with her mind racing for a few hours.

God is Good.

Keep on Smilin' & Dialin'.
